The Over-The-Shoulder-Kit provides another option for weapon retention by users wearing plate carriers and the HIT Sling. It allows a rifle to be slung over your strong side shoulder directly from single point configuration. By itself this isn't sufficient retention for all actions, but it's quite useful for quickly getting a rifle out of your way for two-handed tasks.
